Let me set the scene: It’s one week before our big camping trip, and the RV we booked seven months ago suddenly vanished into thin air. 😱 Cue full-blown panic because let’s be clear... I am not a tent camper. I like my “wilderness” with walls, a fridge, and preferably a functioning toilet. In a Sunday frenzy, I called and emailed everywhere. Most places were closed. But somehow, like a camping miracle, I got a reply from Robert—even though their website said Monday to Friday. I hopped on a call that same day, and he was an absolute lifesavers. Calm, friendly, helpful, and somehow not panicked on my behalf. He found us a great option, the price was fair (a rare unicorn in last-minute bookings), and they delivered and picked up the trailer with total ease. It was smooth, stress-free, and dare I say... enjoyable? Even while we were at the campground, they responded quickly to a few questions and even stopped in to check on us while delivering another unit. Like the friendly RV neighbours you didn’t know you needed. Would absolutely book with them again—though hopefully with less drama next time. 😂 10/10 would recommend. Especially if, like me, your idea of “roughing it” still involves running water.
